Push-X Connection (XTV) Technology (Part 1329493)

A pretensioned contact spring lies at the heart of this brand new Push-X technology. This spring enables the connection of rigid and flexible conductors with or without ferrules. Even the smallest flexible conductors trigger the connection. Lightly tapping the release surface inside the clamping chamber causes the conductor to be terminated without any effort. By tapping, the contact spring is released and the conductor is contacted safely and permanently. As with the Push-in system, connected conductors can be disconnected by pressing the orange pusher. At the same time the conductor is released, the contact spring is preloaded for a new wiring operation. This is now one of the fastest connection technologies on the market considering you do not need to ferrule your conductors.

Push-In Side Entry (PTV) Connection Technology (Part 1088728)

Screw-connection terminal blocks with side-entry wire insertion have been the backbone of the industrial connectivity market for nearly 100 years, if not longer. The connection technology is tried and true, and the method of terminating a standard screw technology terminal block is engraved in many minds. More recently, Push-in Technology (PT) terminal blocks have been accepted as the way of the future due to the dramatic savings in wiring time, increased termination quality and more reliability (vibration resistance). The new PTV series utilizes the same Phoenix Push-In Technology that everyone has come to love over the last few decades, paired with the side-entry termination style that has been a staple of the industrial market for over a century. PTV is the answer for situations where Push-In connection is accepted but side-entry of the wires is a must.

Push-In Power Distribution (PT Fix) Technology (Part 3273110)

The FIX distribution blocks save you time and space for power distribution. The various blocks come ready to connect for quick potential distribution and are available in various numbers of positions and mounting types (DIN rail adhesive, and direct mounting). Thus, the FIX factor ensures flexible and cost-effective load and control current distribution. The Fix family includes both modular units where you can build up the connector yourself, or a fixed connector with up to 19 connections.

Push-In M12 Field Wireable Connection Technology: (Part 1424649)

Push-In Technology continues to spread into all lines from Phoenix Contact – including their field connectivity products.   The new M12 field Wireable connector provides easy and reliable Push-In connections for a wide-range of M12 applications. Ferruled and solid wires can be terminated using the push-in principle, and the easy-to-open levers allow flexible, stranded wires to be connected with no tools needed. The time savings over standard screw connection is amazing!

Standard Push-In Connection Technology (Part 3209578)

Experience the beauty of Push-In connection with one of the highest selling and most loved terminal blocks – the PT 2,5-Quattro.   If you are using a solid or ferruled conductor, you can simply push the conductor right into the top facing terminal for a vibration resistant connection. If you are using a stranded terminal block, simply push the orange button and insert the wire, which is still a lot faster than the older spring-cage connection where you need to wedge a screwdriver to open the terminal first.   The PT 2,5-Quattro allows for 4 conductors to be connected – which is great for a variety of applications.
