Learn how to meet short-circuit current rating requirements.
SCCR stands for Short-Circuit Current Rating, defined in the 2017 NEC (National Electric Code), Article 100 as the maximum short-circuit current an electrical component can safely withstand without causing a shock or fire hazard. It’s critical to ensure electrical panels are designed and built with the proper SCCR to maintain the system, eliminate downtime and increase worker safety.
This class will cover:
1. The basics of SCCR
2. The changes made to the 2017 NEC SCCR update
3. How to calculate your panel's short-circuit current
4. Other insights and tools for complying with SCCR standards

Eaton's traveling showcase includes forty feet of their latest innovations in fully functional, real-world environments. These include HVAC/R, pumping, process industry, and machinery applications. The demonstrations are built to simulate your day-to-day challenges and provide various options for fixing them.
We'll raffle a set of four tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies vs. NY Mets for Saturday, June 24th, 2023. The first pitch is at 4:05 pm.
The seats are directly behind the Phillies (home) dugout, located on the first-base side of the field. One free parking pass is also included.
